Curtain Midials

Midials serve the same purpose as curtain finials but with a difference. Finials fit over the end of the track but midials are often placed about 10cm from the end of the track, so the track chosen must have a stop end of some sort to finish the pole.

Curtain midials are more understated than finials. They became a later addition as a popular window accessories so are used in the more contemporary interior designs. Curtain midials can also be used as a decoration in the centre of the pole.
