The Silent Gliss Metropole is one of the most versatile curtain poles available on the market today; available in 13 different colours the contemporary design curtain pole will really make a fashion statement.
The Metropole has options which will tailor the pole to you specific requirements, enabling it to fit and function perfectly in the most awkward of windows situations. The 30mm metropole system has gliders as opposed to curtain rings making it ideal for straight run windows to multiple bend bay windows.
Metropole order options for Uncorded and corded.
When the uncorded option is selected you can choose one of the 20 set lengths in the metropole range, if the size is not exactly the length you require the pole can easily be cut to length with a hacksaw.
The uncorded option means that you will be opening and closing each of your curtains buy hand which will give greater control over privacy and the light entering into your room. The Gliders on the uncorded metropole are free to glide from end to end of the pole giving you the option to hang a pair of curtains, a single curtain or multiple pairs of curtains.
Please note if multiple curtains are to be hung from one pole extra eyelet end stops can be purchased to secure the curtain along the curtain pole length.
When selecting the corded option, please type the exact length of the pole you require into the length box, please note the length entered will include the pulley cord housing on each end of the pole.
The cord location is supplied standard to the right, with a black cord 150cm in length. However the cord location (left, right or both*), length and colour can be changed if required, if so please call our sales team once your order has been placed where we can make the specification amendments.
Please note we recommend that poles over 400cm are corded from both ends of the curtain pole, this will result in a lighter pulling action and reduce the stress on the end brackets.
*If the cording option left and right is required there will be an additional charge of £28.02 for the intermediate pulley which allows the poles system to be split corded.
