Electric curtain tracks and window blinds are a very effective item to include in any security system. They act as a deterrent to the would be intruder as anything that can make the office or home look as if it is occupied is obviously extremely beneficial.
Domestic electric curtain tracks are easily installed and require no pre-wiring, just plug in set the time and operate. Commercial electric tracks and blinds require wiring into a low voltage or mains power supply, specialist wall mounted switches and control units control these types of systems enabling multiple motor units to be operated from one unit. When used in conjunction with lights and music centers on time clocks will also help with the illusion that the premises are occupied.
