Delivery Information

Deliveries & Carriage Charges

Unlike many companies we do not seek to make a profit from our delivery charges. In the instances when a delivery charge is made you may be rest assured that all our deliveries are sent at the carriage cost price.

Delivery Charges

FREE DELIVERIES to England, Wales and Scotland* on all orders over £75.00.

Orders under the value of £75.00 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £6.50 which will be added to the Sub total of the goods in your shopping Basket.

Delivery Schedule

All product delivery times are quoted in working days, please see product page for applicable delivery times.

Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon - Fri. 8.30 am to 5.30 pm all deliveries will require a signature on receipt. With the shopping cart there is the facility to add an alternated delivery address and a box for any special delivery instructions.

Next day delivery items must be placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and 2.30pm on a Friday to ensure a next working day delivery of Monday. If a next day delivery item is ordered on a weekend it will arrive on Tuesday.

Please note: Next working day deliveries do not include Saturdays.

Please contact us for details on Saturday deliveries.

Orders are dispatched on weekdays only, Mon - Fri. except Bank Holidays.

Deliveries Overseas & Outside the UK

For deliveries outside England, Wales and Scotland* you will be contacted by a member of Poles and Blinds.com via phone or email with an addition carriage charge once you have placed your order. Upon acceptance of the additional carriage charge full payment will be taken and your ordered goods will be dispatched.

*Please note some areas of the Scottish highlands area subject to an additional carriage charge.

Back Orders & Goods Out of Stock

We will inform you via email or phone if your goods are out off stock or on back order. You will not be charged for deliveries on back ordered goods.

Re-Delivery

If the delivery company is unable to obtain a signature, a card will be left notifying you that the goods will be taken back to the courier’s depot. If you wish to arrange a new delivery time and location please call the number on the card and quote your parcel reference number.

We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address such as your work address or a neighbour, if you are out during the day.

Standard re-delivery will be attempted by arrangement with the carrier twice more between 8.30am - 5.30pm. The goods will then be returned to the Poles and Blinds.com.

In the instance of failed re-delivery please contact Poles and Blinds, quoting your name and order reference number and a member of our team will resolve this matter.
