Just felt I had to write to tell you how pleased I am with the service I have received from your company.  First I had a call to say the finials would be delayed, but you would send the pole so we could get on and add them later.  Then the pole arrived – and the way it had been packed was amazing – there is no way it could have been damaged in transit with the care taken packing it.  And we are very pleased with the pole and brackets, the picture on line does not do them justice (I think the finials will be here next week). I am lost for words - I placed an order over the Internet with your company at 4pm yesterday and today at around 6pm after a day out with my children I received a phone call from a carrier gentleman to say that "i had been out when he tried to make a delivery but that he had locked my goods in one of the garden outbuildings"  This is truly an exceptional service, the goods are in perfect condition, delivered way before I had expected them and by a courier that has gone beyond what I imagine would be written in his job description!  The area i live in is very often discriminated against because of its post code and we find goods are given a longer delivery lead time or that we are charged unrealistic and unfeasible delivery rates...your service proves to me that this is just another way for many to boost profits.  Thank you so much...i will be letting everybody i know about your company and service...you could teach the biggies like Argos, M & S, even the Royal mail a thing or two.
