Deliveries & Carriage Charges
Unlike many companies we do not seek to make a profit from our delivery charges. In the instances when a delivery charge has to be made, for instance a delivery to Scotland, you may rest assured that all our deliveries are sent at the carriage cost price.
Delivery Charges
FREE DELIVERIES to England and Wales on all orders over £100.00.
Orders under the value of £100.00 are subject to a small delivery charge. You will be contacted by a member of Poles and Blinds.com via phone or email with the carriage charge once your order has been placed. You may rest assured that you will only be charges the carriage cost price. We do not seek to profit from your delivery charge.
Deliveries Overseas & Outside the UK
For deliveries outside England and Wales, you will be contacted by a member of Poles and Blinds.com via phone or email with the carriage charge once you have placed your order. You can rest assured that the carriage will be completely at cost. We do not seek to profit from your delivery charge.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon - Fri. 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Please contact us for a Saturday delivery.
We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon - Fri. except Bank Holidays.
Back Orders & Goods Out of Stock
We will inform you via email or phone if your goods are out off stock or on back order. You will not be charged for deliveries on back ordered goods.
Re-Delivery
If the delivery company is unable to obtain a signature, a card will be left notifying you that the goods will be taken back to the couriers depot. If you wish to arrange a new delivery time and location please call the number on the card and quote your parcel reference number.
We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address such as your work address or a neighbour, if you are out during the day.
Standard re-delivery will be attempted by arrangement with the carrier twice more between 8.30am - 5.30pm. The goods will then be returned to the Poles and Blinds.com.
In the instance of failed re-delivery please contact Poles and Blinds, quoting your name and order reference number and a member of our team will resolve this matter.
