Our wooden blinds are equally at home in the office, for style and privacy, as they are in a living room, lounge or even bedroom. They do not have the blackout quality of a roller blind, but they can be used in conjunction with curtains if total darkness is a requirement
Slat Widths
Raising and Lowering Controls
The controls are colour co-ordinated cords, with acorn weights, that hang from the metal head rail. Fitting can be to the left or right hand side of the blind. The cords operate the blind with a pull-down height adjustment and a pull across locking mechanism.
Slat Tilt Controls
These are colour co-ordinating cords that are attached to the head rail and are supplied with the acorn cord weights.
String or Tape Ladder Controls
String controls are the traditional thin cord support and blind adjustment mechanism. Blinds may be ordered with a tape ladder control instead, which appears as a thicker band of woven material about 2.5cms (1") wide, on the front of the blind, and is an attractive alternative for a wooden venetian.
