Designed for three sided bay windows, this bay window curtain pole allows curtains to draw smoothly from the sides to the centre of the bay. The 28mm metal poles can be cut down at home using a fine tooth hacksaw, allowing the system to be tailored to suit your exact bay window dimensions.

Suitable Curtain Weights

The Neo 28mm bay window curtain pole is designed to support medium to heavy weight curtains up to 8kg, making it suitable for most lined curtain fabrics. This maximum applies regardless of whether you are hanging a single pair of curtains or multiple curtain sections across the bay.

Bay Window Design & Support

The two hand bendable corner joints create smooth curves around the bay and can be adjusted by hand during installation to suit angles ranging from straight through to 90 degrees. Unlike sharper angled joints, the curved design allows the nylon lined curtain rings to travel more easily around the corners, helping curtains move smoothly throughout the bay window.

When bending the corner joints, the notches should face inwards. Avoid overbending, as repeated straightening may affect the final shape. For guidance, please refer to the fitting instructions.

The system is supported by four heavy duty end brackets, with two brackets positioned towards each end of the bay, together with a heavy duty centre bracket located within the centre window section. This arrangement provides reliable support across the bay without requiring additional corner support brackets.

Colour coordinating fixing screws are supplied, while the centre bracket features magnetic covers that conceal the fixing screws for a cleaner finished appearance.
