Designed for three-sided bay windows, this wall fix curtain pole allows standard headed curtains to draw smoothly from the sides to the centre window of the bay. The supplied passing rings and passing brackets allow curtains to travel around the corners without interruption. Suitable for both right-angled and splayed bay windows, the hand-bendable corner joints can be adjusted during installation to suit a wide range of bay window configurations.

Suitable Curtain Weights

The Neo 28mm bay window curtain pole is designed to support medium weight curtains up to 8kg, making it suitable for most lined curtains and furnishing fabrics.

Bay Window Design & Support

The two hand-bendable corner joints create smooth curves around the bay and can be adjusted by hand during installation to suit angles ranging from straight through to 90 degrees.

When bending the corner joints, the notches should face inwards. Avoid overbending, as repeated straightening may affect the final shape. For guidance, please refer to the fitting instructions.

The system uses three Neo Cylinder wall fix brackets positioned at each end of the bay and within the centre window section. Four Neo Passing wall fix brackets are positioned around the corner joints, with one bracket located before and one after each bend (highlighted in green within the bay diagram in the product images).

The supplied passing rings travel smoothly around the corners and past the passing brackets before stopping at the standard cylinder brackets, which are positioned at each end and within the centre window section of the bay (highlighted in red within the bay diagram). This arrangement allows standard headed curtains to draw smoothly from the sides to the centre window of the bay while maintaining excellent support across the entire installation.

Please note: For correct operation, your curtain hooks must be fitted into the top pocket of the curtain heading tape. This allows the passing rings to travel correctly around the corner sections and over the passing brackets.

Pole Lengths & Custom Fitting

Available bay window sizes include 300cm, 360cm, 400cm, 480cm, 540cm and 600cm.

Select your required colour finish and length and refer to the bay diagram within the product images or the Specification tab for detailed bay measurements, quantities and lengths of poles supplied, and overall sizing information.

The 28mm metal poles can be cut down at home using a fine tooth hacksaw, allowing the system to be tailored to suit your exact bay window dimensions.
