We ordered 2 Swish Ultraglyde curtain tracks, they were delivered promptly and in good condition. the tracks are robust, work smoothly and are easy to fit, having installed similar ones previously and being very happy with those. Would certainly recommend them and Poles and Blinds

Stay well away from this product if you want to attach it to the ceiling. Rubbish instructions, only managed to fit due to a a helpful YouTube video. Without that, there would be no installation to the ceiling, and with that advice it took 2 afternoons, 2 brains to complete this diy mental challenge. Never again.

Customer service was outstanding both individuals myself and husband dealt with were amazing. My husband spent 30 minutes after closing where they fully explained how to make the track a one-way pulley system they definitely went above and beyond. My only upset is it does get stuck where the join is and that is annoying

Pleased with the very prompt service by Poles and Blinds, ordered on Thursday afternoon with standard delivery 2-5 days and it arrived the next morning at 9am.
The track and accessories are sturdy and well made. Following the instructions was fairly easy, however whilst the product implied it was easy to change the hand of the draw cords from right to left how to do this was not detailed in the product instructions and a quick Internet search was need to find out how to do it. Overall though very impressed with the supplier and the product.

Bought this rail to replace a 23 year old Swish Deluxe rail which had broken on the overlap and was not replaceable. This rail runs very smoothly and I expect it to see me out.

We got this to fill a space where we weren’t 100% sure exactly the placement and therefore the dimensions we needed.

It went up relatively painlessly in an evening but required some help from YouTube videos as the included instructions were very confusing

I have used these products over many years and been very pleased with their looks and performance. The recently ordered ultraglyde rail was easy to install, looked very professional, and operates smoothly and efficiently. Paired with Orla Keely Scribble Stem curtains the windows look fantastic!

Coming from what I have always considered a premium brand, I was disappointed to find that my rail had a manufacturing defect as well as two design faults. The fault lay in one of the two intermediate brackets, where the rivet holding the locking clip had not been fitted correctly, meaning that the track could not be secured in place. Tightening the rivet with the aid of a punch and making up a small metal plate to extend the reach of the clip resolved the issue, but clearly this should not have been necessary.

One of the design faults relate to the pull cord, which is so short that with the rail fully extended, the loop does not hang down far enough. The length may be sufficient in modern properties with lower ceilings, but not otherwise. The manufacturers know that if the pole is used without extending, safety will dictate that it will be necessary to shorten the cord, so why not provide sufficient cord to accommodate high ceilings and trust the installer to do the right thing here as well? This is just penny pinching. The second issue relates to the end brackets. The brackets are designed to incorporate the facility for adjustment of the offset from the wall, but, if the rail is installed within the window aperture, access to the adjuster screws is impossible. If it is decided that some adjustment is required after the rail has been installed, it and the brackets must be taken down. Why not make the screws accessible from the other side of the bracket? Simple enough.

Arrived very well packed within 2 days of ordering. Pole is sturdy and was easy to fit, good quality glider hooks. Loved the way you could extend the pole, we found we had to use the extra support bracket (supplied) as our window recess was 184cm. In operation the curtains slide smoothly. Happy Customer!
