The simple design ball finial curtain poles are still the most popular. Perfect for both modern and traditional interiors, the Speedy Globe is available in satin silver, chrome and antique brass to coordinate with all interiors.
Complete curtain pole kit
The pole has a generous diameter of 35mm (1 3/8") which delivers visual impact to your window furnishings, and is ideal for supporting medium to heavy weight curtains of up to 12kg.
All necessary quantities of curtain rings are included. Each ring has nylon lining in the inside, which provides a nice smooth and silent glide when opening and closing your curtains.
Includes IDC cylinder brackets
The supplied cylinder brackets compliment the curtain pole with a contemporary edge and are extendable, which allows you to increase or reduce the projection of the curtain pole from the wall. This helps avoid window obstacles such as frames, or handles.
The brackets extend from 100mm (3 15/16"), to 145mm (5 11/16") from the wall to the centre of the pole.
Supplied pole lengths
Poles are available in lengths from 150cm (59 1/16") and go up to 500cm (196 13/16") maximum length for furnishing extra large windows and patio doors. Pole lengths of 250cm (98 7/16") and over are supplied with a centre bracket, and pole lengths of 300cm (118 1/8”) and over are supplied in 2 halves and include a hidden internal pole joiner and a centre bracket.
Poles can be easily cut down for a perfect fit using a junior hacksaw, the finials are removable first.
