Description

Now available as a double curtain pole kit for hanging 2 pairs of curtains in 1 window. This system is ideal for privacy as you can hang your main set of curtains on the front pole and a set of lighter weigh curtains or voile on the back pole.

Complete Rolls double curtain pole kit

The front pole has a 28mm (1 1/8") diameter which is suitable for hanging medium weight curtains of up to 8kg and the back pole has a 19mm (3/4") diameter and is suitable for hanging medium weight curtains of up to 5kg.

The front pole is supplied with the Rolls Neo Ball finials and the back pole is supplied with Rolls Neo Stud finials.

All necessary quantities of metal curtain rings are supplied for the front and back poles and each ring has nylon lining in the inside edge which provides a nice smooth and quieter glide when opening and closing your curtains.

Extra strong metal wall fixing double cylinder brackets are supplied to fix the curtain pole to the wall (or face fix surface) and include standard colour coordinating fixing screws and rawl plugs.

Double curtain pole lengths

The Neo double curtain pole is available in lengths starting at 120cm (47 1/4”) and going up to 480cm (189 ”) maximum length for furnishing extra large windows or patio doors. Pole lengths of 300cm (118 1/8”) and over are supplied in 2 halves with hidden internal pole joiners and an extra double bracket for centre support.

For a perfect fit, both poles can be cut down to your exact required size at home using a fine tooth saw, finials are easy to remove first.

Lengths exclude the measurements of the finials.
Supplied complete - includes 28mm (1 1/8") front pole, 19mm (3/4") back pole, wall fixing double brackets, curtain rings for the front and back poles, Ball finails for the front pole, Stud finials for the back pole and standard colour coordingating fixing screws and rawl plugs.

Efficient svc and friendly svc. Nice quality pole

I rang to confirm the size of the finial and found the assistant very helpful. After ordering I received the Pole very quickly. I checked my order, everything was perfect. The pole is light weight which is fine for the curtains I’m intending to hang. but it does state on the website the maximum weight the pole can take for heavier curtains. I thought the screws supplied were a little too short so I used longer 40mm screw’s when fitting. The spun brass looks a nice colour (it doesn’t look cheap or tinny).
It looks very classy at the window, my daughter is very pleased with it.

Great quality double poles for heavy curtains

I ordered 3 double poles In various sizes and in each of the 3 available colours. They look smart, sleek and very high quality and look like they are handling my very heavy black out curtains. My only issue was the delivery process. Though free (as I was spending a lot) it was frustrating not to be able to get any idea on when the delivery would take place between 9am and 6pm and no possibility of the driver calling ahead. Most companies offer a time slot at least and though customer service was doing its best to be helpful there was nothing they could do about it!

Good quality product and well packaged

Ordered the double pole for my bedroom and it arrived very quickly exactly as described. It was well packaged with everything required to fit it to the wall. We are very happy with the result as it really adds a nice look to the bedroom.

Disappointing service but good quality pole

Ordered a 2.4m double pole set and when our curtain guy went to put it up he noticed there were only two brackets which weren’t enough to support two curtains over the length. Obvious really but I didn’t even check the package as the website stated that it includes “brackets” no details of how many, you just assume a reputable company like this would realise two brackets are simply not enough to support that length on a double bracket. I called up and spoke to an unhelpful lady who told me it was normal to only have two brackets included and that if I wanted another it would be £20 + 6.50 delivery. I desperately wanted the curtain up before Xmas and asked if I could collect the bracket to which she said wasn’t possible. I’ve checked other websites which stock the Neo brand and they all supply 3 brackets for poles 2.4m and above. I really hope this review helps others and perhaps poles and blinds will make it clearer on their description for exactly how many brackets there are so that others don’t get conned in the same way!
